The Monmouth Luxury Condo Community Near Point Pleasant, NJ Hailed as a Truly “One-of-a-Kind” Address by

Its Most Discerning Critics – Its Residents

Unique 55-and-Older Community Recognized as Simply Above and Beyond Any Other Luxury Address on  the Market Today

February 1, 2010 – Point Pleasant, NJ – Ask a resident of The Monmouth, near Point Pleasant Beach, to compare their condominium home to any competitive communities available today, and the response you’ll likely get it that it has no competitors in the real estate market. The Monmouth, they will tell you, is simply in a class by itself, and considering their level of success and worldliness, these buyers understand class.

The Monmouth represents a distinctly luxurious alternative for the region’s 55-and-older homebuyers. The community offers a limited number of total units and each building contains no more than six homes. The size of the homes is equally distinctive and elite; condominium residences up to 4,000+ square feet on one level are exceptional anywhere in the country. Each home has its own private, direct elevator access from the lobby or the underground garage. And the level of craftsmanship and finishes that the homes offer rivals that of many custom-built single-family residences. Prices range from the $800’s to $1.5 million.

One of the discerning residents of The Monmouth who sings its praises is Terry Bohacik. She and her husband Steve divide their time between The Monmouth and another condominium home in Florida. The Bohaciks decided to sell their custom-built single-family home overlooking the Manasquan River in Brielle a few years ago, and when they wanted advice on where to buy a luxury condominium, they turned to the real estate professional they trusted most – the custom builder friend who had created their Brielle home. “He told us point blank that The Monmouth was the only condo we should buy, because of how well it was built,” Mrs. Bohacik recalled. “He even joked that he simply wouldn’t allow friends like us to buy anywhere else,” she added with a laugh.

What sold the Bohaciks on The Monmouth were the sheer size of the homes and the amazing level of craftsmanship and detail they include. Their home is a palatial 4,500 square feet, and it offers many of The Monmouth’s most popular high-end features, like large balconies, an open floorplan and a spectacular, split, “his and hers” master bathroom. Each home at The Monmouth includes secure underground parking in private, two-car garages dedicated to each home. The Monmouth community includes a lavish Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a ballroom, a reading room and an old English pool room. Meandering through the community are the 18 holes of a championship putting course.

The Bohaciks considered some riverfront condos in Red Bank before quickly coming to the conclusion that The Monmouth was the ideal new address for them. While they definitely bought here for the size and design, Mrs. Bohacik said that she and her husband weren’t motivated to buy a 55-and-older condo to expand their circle of friends. “Having nice neighbors is one thing,” she said, “but we already had plenty of friends.” What they found on moving into The Monmouth, however, was that their new neighbors were so very nice, and shared so many interests with them, that several other Monmouth couples have become some of the Bohaciks’ closest friends. “We even travel together now!” Mrs. Bohacik said.

The Monmouth is 3 miles from the Atlantic Ocean at Point Pleasant Beach, and is under an hour from Manhattan. The community is surrounded by daily need and destination shopping, fine restaurants and highly rated golf courses, and offers quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike and other major thoroughfares.
